There are several alternatives: the full build-out would be on 232 acres of Rancheria-owned land, called 'Strawberry Fields,' along I-5 and the south Bonnyview freeway interchange immediately south of Redding. The draft environmental impact statement has been released on a plan to relocate Win-River to a new location along I-5. Win-River Resort and Casino would like to move next to the freeway.
